Smash Life Directors Andy & Matt travelled to the North East last week to deliver a powerful honest lived experience and professional keynote talk and a one hour interactive training session at a Primary School Headteachers Conference in Gateshead.
Delivering an interactive session where participants had to work together to think about ares of their practice where they had to self reflect and work together to share great practice, ideas and ways they could improve for the children they support moving forward.
The welcome from the North East is always amazing and a special shoutout to Susan Burns who looked after the brothers and made them feel so welcome.
Smash Life love creating spaces where professionals can all self reflect, acknowledge the challenges in practice, have honest conversations without judgement and give professionals solutions to move forward!
