Matt hosted the Leicester Celebrating success awards at Demontfort Hall last night for all the young people in the care system. He also gave a short inspirational speech for the young people attending the event at the beginning of the show!
What a night it was ! Band and Dance performances from the young people on the huge stage, a DJ set and a moving poem read out by a young person in care who had there poem featured in a book!
The energy and talent on show was incredible and we would like to thank all the staff who made the event happen and all the young people who won an award – congratulations!
Thank you also to Leicester Virtual School / Council for asking Matt to host for the second year running! The last time he stood on that stage he was graduating from DeMontfort university!
It was an immense honour and privilege !
