Last week Matt & Andy travelled to Salford to provide training for social care practitioners from Salford Council.
It was brilliant to have time to deliver interactive training, have some open and honest conversations, discover people’s why, raise each other with stories of hope and positivity and also collectively inspire and raise practice with strategies and ideas to connect and care – ultimately to lead from the heart so children can FEEL we CARE – that’s when we see meaningful change and children realising their true potential – Because children in care have BAGS of potential!
We loved our time with the Salford crew – they were welcoming and engaging.
