Fresh off Andy & Matts appearance alongside Ashley John Baptiste at The ARC National Conference in Birmingham (see feedback in the image) the lads then travelled to Manchester to deliver a keynote to Professionals from The Department For Education. These professionals write the policies that the whole education school system/professionals must follow !
Andy and Matt made sure to deliver a passionate talk, taking vital messages from their current work in Primary and Secondary schools supporting young people so that the policy makers could understand what changes need to be made in the system to cater for the needs of every child and ensure a professional supportive relationship and the child’s needs and wishes are at the heart of any educational agenda! The keynote was followed by a Q & A where policy makers could ask the lads more in depth questions about what really needs to change and what is the reality on the ground everyday.
