Smash Life – URGENT REQUEST: WE NEED YOUR HELP
We have been notified by some of our partners that our emails have not been received & that we have not been responding – WE HAVE – however Microsoft 365 have recently had a security update- which has meant alot of our email replies or messages have gone into peoples QUARANTINE or JUNK folders .
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO SO THAT YOU DO NOT MISS OUR SMASH LIFE EMAILS :
1/ Go into your email quarantine and find and release our emails so you don’t miss out ! (See image 2) .
2/ Mark all Smash Life Email addresses as a safe sender – if you are part of a large organisation you could ask your IT department to do this! This will mean you will receive all future email correspondence from us.
3/ Speak to your IT department or person if you need help / support to do this .
4/ Give us a ring if you continue to not get a reply and you need to discuss / talk to us urgently! .
